Markus Johannsson designed the Carronade pendant lamps Large for the Danish brand manufacturer Le Klint. In this model, he combines matt lacquered aluminium with elements of oak wood. It almost seems as if the lights are wearing headphones. The sober design is loosened up a little by the lampshade, which seems to double. The shape and colour of the luminaires demand an ambience in the popular industrial style, but it also fits very well into a modern and purist ambience. Work surfaces can be illuminated with it just as well as dining tables or conference areas. The height of the suspension determines a widely scattered light field or targeted illumination. With its remarkable cable length and impressive diameter, the Carronade pendant lamp is also a beautiful eye-catcher in large and high rooms.
